The hill on the right is Machu Picchu (Old Mountain) and the Lost City named after it is on the other side. The steep convex terraces on the left is Intipata (Sunny Slope).For now, we still have 3 hours of descent over a series of steep steps dotted with jungle vegetation and consequently bird calls. |
